Wonderful pet-friendly B&B
Battlefield Bed & Breakfast InnMy husband and I (and Jax the Maltese) spent two wonderful nights in the Battlefield Bed & Breakfast in Gettysburg, PA. Our room was very roomy, well-appointed and provided us with everything we needed. We stayed in a ground-level room, which was great to take Jax out to do his business. The breakfast each day was great and kept us full during our time exploring the Gettysburg Battlefield and downtown. They also provided morning presentations from Gettysburg experts who gave their insights on the Gettysburg battles. Jax had a great time too as he got lots of love from the staff and other guests. The one thing we missed was meeting the innkeepers during our stay but I’m sure they were busy. If we ever get back to Gettysburg, we be sure to stay at the Battlefield Bed and Breakfast.

Wonderful dog-friendly B&B
The Scranton Seahorse InnMy husband and I (and Jax the Maltese) took a long and winding trip through New England hoping to capture the quintessential New England Bed and Breakfast experience that we had read about. The Scranton Seahorse fit our vision perfectly. It is a charming home with a charming innkeeper, Michael. Michael was a wonderful host and a great breakfast chef. Our room was perfect! Jax had a great time too as he got lots of love from Michael and other guests. Unfortunately, we only had one night in this fabulous B&B. Hopefully, our next stay will be longer!

Wonderful B&B
B.F. Hiestand House Bed & BreakfastMy husband and I (and Jax the Maltese) spent two wonderful nights in the B.F. Hiestand House Bed & Breakfast. From our first interaction with Pam, one of the innkeepers, along with Dallas, she treated us just like family. The home was magnificent and our dog-friendly room was great. Our breakfasts, prepared by Pam, were tasty and hit the spots before our long outing into Dutch Country. One of the things I had hoped to find was a quilt made by hand from the Amish Country. Pam took out time to designate several places where I could find what I was looking for. I found one at our first stop and I quickly made a purchase. Thank you Pam! Jax had a great time too as he got lots of love from the innkeepers and guests. If we ever get back to the Dutch Amish Country, we be sure to stay with Pam and Dallas at the B.F. Hiestand House Bed & Breakfast.

Wonderful dog friendly B&B
Glynn House InnMy husband and I (and Jax the Maltese) spent three wonderful nights in the Glynn House Inn in Ashland, New Hampshire. We took a long and winding trip through New England hoping to capture the quintessential New England Bed and Breakfast experience that we had read about. We were limited due to our travel companion Jax. We found The Glynn House Inn which was highly rated on TripAdvisor and BringFido. It certainly checked all our boxes and exceeded our expectations. Ashland was a quaint little town, and the Glynn House Inn fit in perfectly. Starting the day with the wonderful daily breakfast, prepared by Pamela and Ingrid and served by Glenn, talking with Glenn to recommend and plot out our activities for day and ending the day with happy hour with Glenn, each day was perfect. Jax had a great time too as he got lots of love from the innkeepers and guests. If we ever get back to New Hampshire, we'll be sure to stay in the Glynn House.
