Phenomenal place to stay!

The Brook Trout Inn is a precious place to stay run by Julie and her incredible family. The property itself was completely redone a few years ago and they did a wonderful job. The beds are comfortable, the shower is beautiful and the Kitchen area has everything you need to make a great meal. They provide eggs, bacon, bagels, toast, orange juice, oatmeal, etc. if you don't bring your own food to make. There is a huge extra space for sitting with a lovely fireplace and all glass windows to overlook the property's beautiful trailed forest. Julie is an incredible person who is really helpful and her dad Jim is always on hand to lend a hand with anything you need. There are plenty of trails behind the property to take your dog on and a ton of nearby places (Gorges State Park) to get serious about hiking and waterfall viewing. The Inn is close to so many restaurants and the grocery store in town. It's halfway between Brevard (about 25 mins) and Highlands (30 mins) making it the perfect location to explore the Sapphire area. We could not recommend this Inn more and we will definitely stay again. Thank you Julie for everything!
