Smelly & Noisy
Hilton Garden Inn Roanoke RapidsRather disappointed with HGI as the hallway the pet rooms were in was near the pool & fitness area; smelled really awful and was very loud. On top of that there were extra costs. $199 for a lousy experience.

Friendly & clean
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Emporia VANice staff, clean room, reasonable cost. Can’t believe how much better than the Hilton Garden Inn down the road!

Left Out A Few Details
Residence Inn by Marriott - Silver SpringThe info says big dogs allowed but when you arrive you’re informed that the limit is actually 50#. I don’t like it when folks aren’t straight up about that information- especially with a $125 pet fee.
The room was decent, except for the really noisy refrigerator. Other folks with pets obviously do not abide by the pick up after you pet rules. A bit disappointing over all when the resulting cost is $300/night fees included.
