Dark and dreary location

When I first entered the room I noticed there was no bottled water available, no microwave, no refrigerator, the carpet was very dirty...just an all around dreary room. Called the front desk for water and the girl hassled me telling me they don't provide water in the rooms so I talked to management and was able to get some water to take medication. Other than being really reasonable rates the overall hotel sucks. I don't think I ever want to stay there again, and I'll be telling my friends the same thing.
