Needs some TLC
Staybridge Suites Florence - Civic Center an IHG HotelWe have been staying at this Staybridge over the last few years and really enjoyed everything about this hotel, but this time we found the entire hotel in need of TLC. Furniture in need of repairs along with linens. The dog walk area is in need of refurbishment and really should be enlarged. Thank you for your attention.

Cold breakfast
Home2 Suites by Hilton Florence SCAdvised hotel of the breakfast. Everything was cold even the waffles were not hot enough. Doggy area was not clean.
