Doug's Beach State Park Doug's Beach State Park in Dallesport, WA is dog friendly. This day-use park is located on the Columbia River, making it a premier windsurfing site. Other activities include swimming and bird watching. Be on the lookout for hawks, ospreys and eagles! Fido is welcome to join you, as long as they stay leashed. Bottle Beach State Park Bottle Beach State Park is a pet-friendly destination in Aberdeen, WA. Fido is welcome during hunting season from November through February but must remain on a leash.
