Water fountains, was stations, benches, and picnic tables are also available. *In order to keep the Dog Park safe from non-vaccinated and unlicensed dogs, and those not compliant with the rules, the Dog Park is locked and restricted to Rockville residents only whose dog(s) are licensed with the City of Rockville. Dog licensing is handled by the Neighborhood Services/Animal Control Division of the Rockville City Police Department. All dogs older than four months are required to be licensed.*

Bennett Cerf Dog Park This new off leash dog park is located just north of Westminster off Rt 27 (next to Random House). The fenced area is just over an acre and is a mix of grass and wood chips. There are benches and buckets for water (bring your own water) . Membership is $30 per year. Print off and mail the membership form found on our webpage (BennettCerfDogPark.org) or stop by the Carroll County Recreation and Parks office on S. Center St. to sign up.
