South Mill Pond Dog Park

South Mill Pond has a fenced in, double gated enclosure, where dogs of all sizes can play together. There is a surrounding unfenced off-leash area that borders the west end of the pond as well. Dogs in park must be spayed or neutered. From the city center take Pleasant street and bear right at parking lot. Dog park is in center of park at South Mill Pond.

Hudson Dog Park at Bensons Park

Hudson Dog Park is a non-profit organization dedicated to building and maintaining an off-leash dog park in Hudson, NH. Our goal is to create a safe place for owners and dogs to play and socialize and promote responsible dog ownership. Fundraising events are well underway. The dog park will be located in the fields of Benson Park, with the help of volunteers and donations... we anticipate the park will be open within the next year. 160 acres are now available for on-leash walks until the dog park is opened. White Mountains National Forest

Kancamagus Highway from Lincoln to Conway NH runs through the White Mountain National Forest and allows dogs on leash and under voice command on the hiking trails. Dogs also allowed at Franconia State Park under control, but not in campgrounds. Carry in, carry out everything. $3 a day fee. Do not leave dog in car unattended, no dogs in campgrounds.

Longhill Dog Park

The Longhill Dog Park is located at the Longhill Memorial Park off Longhill Road in Dover, New Hampshire. There is parking available at the park or in 10 overflow spaces in the adjacent Middleton Building Supply parking lot. There is no cost to use the dog park! In order to help fund future maintenance, when you renew your dog's license, there is a choice to make a designated contribution to the park. Rules 1. Dogs must be licensed and vaccinated. 2. Dogs must be spayed or neutered. 3. No dogs with communicable diseases. 4. No unusually aggressive dogs. 5. No choke chains, prong, spiked, or shock collars. 6. Never leave dogs unattended (out of sight or voice control). 7. Dogs must be leashed until they are in the entrance area. 8. Dog waste must be picked up and disposed of by owner/handler. 9. No more than 2 dogs per adult. 10. No glass or human food. 11. Absolutely no alcohol or drugs. 12. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult. 13. Owner waives liability to the city for any injury or damage incurred at the park. 14. Owners/handlers are liable for damage or injury inflicted by their dog(s). 15. No dogs on athletic fields at any time.
