Charisma Clothing Boutique’s Professional Sales Associate Kelly Kullman is known for her hospitality and she loved petting all the pups at the shop this past weekend. We helped a lot of VIP’s not to mention a lot of VID’s! Talbot County’s Waterfowl Festival Weekend was a huge hit despite the colder temperatures.
