We found the staff to be very accommodating in our quest for a main floor room. Although they were fairly full they worked around their reservations to find us what we asked for. We found that although there are limited pet relief areas at the hotel there is a rural road adjacent which was a good walk for the pup. It worked very well.

We really enjoyed our stay in Watertown. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Bonnie, the dog, was well received and enjoyed the biscuits she received at check in. As a stopover on a long trip we were more than pleasantly surprised by the town itself. A gem.

Clean and decent but nothing special. Having had the opportunity of staying in a Comfort Inn elsewhere on this trip this particular Inn was not the same caliber. It needs love.

Although this was just a stop along the way we were happy to be in a clean and comfortable accommodation. Staff were welcoming and kind. All of them. Great coffee and a good breakfast. Although there is a green area there is no good walking area. Notwithstanding, a very pleasant stay for everyone.

We were looking for pet-friendly accommodation at the last minute because our travel plans had suddenly changed. We were very pleasantly surprised by the Hilltop Motel. It was clean, comfortable and very accommodating to our less than well planned travel. We all slept well and there was a great walk through a charming town so we got to stretch our legs.

We had an outstanding stay at the Painted Lady. Truly well equipped accommodation, great location, good walking for the dog, comfortable and eclectic.

We were happy to stay at The Stables. Clean, comfortable and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful staff and very clean. Walking area a bit light but we managed to find a good empty parking lot across the street to get a run.

Very helpful staff but it was a bit of a mess. First room we could not get into, second room was beside an unruly child. We finally landed in a room where the smoke alarm kept chirping and a light bulb out and not replaceable because the bulbs were locked in the GM’s office. A bit dated and common areas including the hallways and elevator in need of cleaning. No real area to walk the dog. Okay for one night but you can do better.

The property is a bit dated and the rooms small. It was good enough but nothing special.

Very comfortable and scrupulously clean. A bit difficult to have a good walk but sufficient grass for the dog. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Housekeepers are exceptional.

Staff were outstanding! Restaurant serves wonderful food. Strange things which did not work in the rooms. A bit much to charge a resort fee and a parking fee in addition to the room rate.

Although the room was a bit tight for space it was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was outstanding. If you enjoy great food in a wonderful ambiance this is for you.
