Room was nice. Bed comfy and pet rooms are on the first floor. So, it was easy to unload and load into the car, which was parked right outside the door. Easy access to the room and easy access to the main road with a lot of restaurants to choose from. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Dogs are not allowed on most beaches in Pensacola, FL. So, this place was wonderful. Plus the entire staff was super friendly. Love this place.

Excellent meal. Our waiter Tom did a great job taking care of us. He brought a big water out for Lily and he suggested The red snapper. It was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Must try with the lemon sauce. The shrimp Alfredo was also very good. Everyone including the customers were very friendly to my fur baby. No stress and no drama.

We upgraded to the double king room. So worth it!!!! The room was extra big and the set up worked really well for 3 people and one pitty. The sink was outside of the bathroom so no one had to wait. We really liked the room and the staff were all super friendly. Also a great price.

We really liked staying here for 2 reasons. The shower pressure was wonderful; there is nothing like a great shower with strong water pressure to get all the dust and grime off from the day of driving. Second reason is the hotel is walking distance to a really nice Mexican restaurant. Unfortunately, it was freezing cold so we couldn’t sit outside, so we got our food to go, and it was amazing. Shout out to Pancho Villa Grill. I would give 5 bones if they had streaming capability.

Checking in was a breeze and he was very nice and helpful tips about the grocery store that butts up against the property. The floor was on the sticky side - easy fix with a few wet wipes. Could use a little refresh - fresh paint would go a long way. If you need a place to crash for the night and then keep going this is the place. Great location and very nice people.

The room was very nice. We really enjoyed the mini kitchen. It had everything we needed: plates, bowls, knives, forks. It was a great set up.

Loved the location. This hotel is definitely older than some of the others in Roswell, but it was perfect for us. Some places you don’t want the brand new this place had character and we were able to park right outside our door so it was super easy getting in and getting out there was a big dog park just down the road called dog bowl park. Everyone was really nice and very helpful. We really liked it. Only problem is we were billed twice. We are still trying to get this straightened out.

Albuquerque as a whole is not dog friendly, I’m talking about no green space. I guess it’s very hard to grow grass so everything is covered in rocks. We definitely like the charm of historic old town. It’s not as shiny and new as downtown, but it has a slower pace and everyone is super nice. Plus the prices are better. They need to update the televisions to streaming.

The patio is closed during winter - don’t fret your fur baby is allowed to sit at the table or under the table as long as the behave themselves. Unlike most places in Albuquerque fur babies are pushed outside. The reality is most fur babies are better behaved than the human babies. Sorry. The burgers were cooked to perfection. We did add the green chilies to ours. Crispy fries and cold drinks. We highly recommend the Ponderosa - it’s stressful enough to travel with and no one wants to leave them at home. No stress and no judgment this is the place to go.
