Nice location

This hotel could be nice. I don’t know if they were in the middle of remodeling or what but things seemed a bit scattered and not real organized. When we got to the room it was obvious that they hadn’t vacuumed the room; there were a few pistachio shells on the floor along with a broken dog biscuit. Location is convenient to the canal.

Beautiful old building

Fitger's Inn

Although it was still September, the lobby was fully decorated for Halloween, one of our favorite holidays. They were very dog friendly with quite a few shops that allow dogs in. Even one of the restaurants allowed us to bring our dog in, although he is quite small.
