Excellent Motel
La Quinta by Wyndham Lubbock SouthStaff was pleasant and helpful. Clean motel. I love the QUIET!!
Only a 1 night stay but absolutely will stay again.

Pet area lacking
La Quinta by Wyndham Big SpringHotel staff were stellar!!! However, the pet area was covered in grass burrs. They should upgrade their landscaping to get rid of those nasty plants. I know it's West Texas and lots of caliche soil which is difficult to maintain. But, at least the designated pet area should be pretty free of "noxious" weeds and grasses. The other issue was the constant, loud noise of I-20 traffic. Scurry county has "enhanced" I-20's road surface to reduce slipperiness hence making the surface very loud and noisy. I-20 is a major interstate and with lots of traffic. The hotel windows do not reduce that noise level very much. Sleep was difficult due to the noise. Other than that, the room was very nice, clean and comfortable.
