Close to the freeway and clean!

Good for dog, not for me
Days Inn by Wyndham SpartanburgRoom was mostly clean - I noticed dirt on the box spring. The curtains were depressing. This place was old. The door hardware to the bathroom was broken. But everything was great for our dog. If you're on a budget, you'd overlook the things I've mentioned.

Good for dog, not for me
Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Lima an IHG HotelWe were on the depressing side of the tracks. Room was clean. We had to go fetch our dinner because a big storm kept the cook away. Since when has a big Holiday Inn only had one cook to depend on?

Great attention to detail
Samuel's Boutique HotelThey had a lovely big blankie for Atlas, and food and water bowls. The room was inviting and clean. Atlas made himself at home in front the radiant heat fireplace. The free breakfast was buffet style, but the food was extraordinary. Everything was homemade, artisan, and fresh. The hotel location on the Maitland River, with the delightful town of Goderich just around the bend, was very peace-giving. Pleasant walking path with lots of great sniffs. We will recommend Samuel's to all our friends and family.
