Really nice
The Bard's Inn BW Signature Collection by Best WesternExcellent room in great condition. Good breakfast included. Good size room. Right next to downtown and everything. Only problem was no convenient spots for dog to go potty.

Shabby
Red Roof Inn Palmdale LancasterTwo floods in hallway. Bathtub cracked and no plug. Required CASH dog deposit which was not noted. No good place to walk dog. Massive needs for repairs.
