The room was clean but very bare bones. Also there is a fairly loud train that passes the hotel pretty frequently. It’s also not really near anything in Bozeman. Thankful for the place to rest a bit but definitely not worth the price.

I understand that this hotel is being renovated but it seemed like our room was “renovated” and it wasn’t pleasant. The refrigerator and the heating/cooling unit were grinding and so loud. We actually had to turn off the AC overnight because it was so awful on top of being full of dust/dirt and cob webs! The rest of the room was clean but overall very dark. The bathroom is only lit by the back-lit mirror. Would not stay here again.

The rooms are cozy and clean and the staff is super friendly. Breakfast was well stocked. Convenient to Wall Drug and Badlands. Would definitely stay here again.

After two days of driving around Glacier and not being able to hike with our pups this lake side park was a great spot for them to burn off some energy. My water loving dogs had a blast in the lake. highly recommend.

The woman at the front desk was really lively but the room and hotel itself was so dated and dingy it really wasn’t worth the cost per night even without the pet fee. Avoid.

Staff were great and the room was clean and comfy, but be aware that bus tours come through and the guests can be pretty loud at times. But we would still stay there again.

After long days of travel the little cabins were a welcome respite! The pups instantly hopped in bed and slept. We stayed an extra night because it was such a good spot. Hope to stay there again soon.

It was a good place to rest on the last leg of our cross country trip but the layout of the hotel was super weird (wondering the hallways with two excitable large dogs to find a way outside wasn’t fun). To be fair they were super booked with people and pets so they had to put us on the second floor but a bit of signage would help. Breakfast was really good and the staff were really friendly.

The suite layout made our pets feel at home, very spacious and comfortable. If we pass through Cheyenne again we will definitely stay here.

Staff is really helpful, rooms are super comfy, and great amenities including a sizable dog park area. A great place to stay for dogs and humans!

The staff was really nice but the room wasn’t super clean and the hotel itself needs updating.

The front desk was very helpful and we were put on the top floor next to the carpeted stairs (which made it easy for the dogs) so it was very quiet, and we had easy access to the side door to the pet area. The room was super comfy as well but very simple. I would stay here again for sure.

Very outdated and dark. We stayed only one night (thankfully).

Walls and doors are very very thin. We had to contact the front desk several times about a loud neighbor and it took forever to get resolved. We were also near the elevator so that contributed to the noise issue. Also someone jammed the lock on the side door so it stayed open which isn’t safe (I fixed it twice) and in the morning when I checked out and told the front desk what happened all night they said there was nothing they could do about it because we booked through a different website. Don’t go to this hotel.

This hotel was great. The restaurants served great food, the hallways and rooms seemed fairly new and it was very quiet. They gave us welcome bags for our dogs (with treats and waste bags) and we were able to go in a secure side door to take the dogs in and out without going through the lobby. There was also an ample sized pet area. Highly recommend.
