I love traveling, and bringing along my black lab companion, Brody.

Great food, great service, truly dog friendly.
Sprague's LobsterWe decided on Sprague’s over another local eatery with similar fare due to the wharf with tables that are advertised as dog friendly. We got there and waiting in a quickly moving line, being greeted by extremely friendly staff. A gentleman came over and gave our dog a fresh lobster claw as a treat, and gave him a few oats for being a good boy. The portions were generous, and the prices were fair. The tables were clean and spread far apart, and had umbrellas that gave the right amount of shade. I would definitely recommend this place, and we and our four legged friend will be back!
Great location, friendly service.
Beef & SkiThey are located right in the center of town. The hostess and our waitress were both very friendly to both myself and my husband, but also our black lab. They brought out a “pup cup” which was some roast beef for our dog to snack on. We were so thrilled to find a place with tasty food, reasonable prices, and plenty of dog friendly tables. We will definitely go back on future trips!
Great location, never got to try.
Black Cap GrilleTried three times over a beautiful, sunny weekend to go there for a meal. Two times the outdoor seating had people, but we were told it was closed, third time a sign on the front door said they weren’t seating outside (it was already 70 degrees and sunny at noon) and there was a dog tied out front to a bench. We went down the road and enjoyed a nice meal at Beef & Ski instead. Menu here looked delicious, disappointed that over the course of three days and as many attempts it didn’t work out.
