Spacious and Comfortable!
La Quinta by Wyndham Coeur d`AleneWe enjoyed our stay at La Quinta Inn in Coeur d'Alene. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom and entryway were tiled in wood-look tile. We placed our cat's litter box in this front area and the tile made it very easy to sweep up any spilled litter. The check-in process was easy and all the staff were cheerful and helpful. We also loved the breakfast offered at this hotel, which was of a much better quality than what a lot of hotel chains offer. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone passing through Coeur d'Alene with a pet!

Unique and Comfortable
Stage Coach InnWe loved our stay at the Stage Coach Inn! The floors in the room were laminate, which made cleaning up after our cat (and her travel litter box) super easy. And we loved the unique lodge feeling of the inn, with its grand staircase and taxidermy decor. I would definitely recommend the Stage Coach Inn to anyone traveling through West Yellowstone with a pet.

Really Comfortable
The Jackson Southtown MotelMy husband, cat, and I had a great stay at Jackson’s Motel 6. The room was very clean, with modern decor and no dog/pet smell! I loved that it had vinyl flooring instead of carpeting - less opportunity for smells, and much easier to clean (we always sweep up spilled litter since our cat travels with a travel litter box, and vinyl made that way easier). There is no breakfast but there is a comfortable sitting area in the lobby, with coffee/hot tea available. I would definitely recommend this motel for anyone visiting the Jackson area with their pet!

Not Great
Days Inn by Wyndham Colorado CityI’m willing to forgive a bit of a dog smell, especially in a pet-friendly room, but the smell in this room was particularly overpowering. Not only that, but the bedding in one of the beds had what I think was black dog hair all over it (under the covers), and in the other bed (we had a room with 2 queen beds) I found a live cricket under the covers. The room’s WiFi did not work, nor did the television. I spoke to an employee about the dog hair and cricket, but I will not be staying in this hotel again, nor can I honestly recommend it to others. Our stay was disappointing.
