Fabulous Stay

I have to say, from the pictures and the price, I expected to be unimpressed. But the price and the location was right so I took a chance. The office is a small room that made me worried, but It was a misplaced worry. The room was small, but big enough. It was just what I wanted, just a single. Exceptionally clean, no foul odors of any type. No creepy crawlies, fridge was spacious, and TV was new. I can't say enough good things. If I am to fault them at all, they didn't have a dog poop station (at least not that I saw) but I did arrive and leave when it was dark. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nothing special

Clean rooms, large areas to walk dogs. Didn't see any dog cleanup stations, but I may have just missed it, I carry my own bags. Didn't see more than 1 trash can that I had to walk a bit to find.

Nice stay

Dog walking area with bags. Room was clean, and comfy. Beds were doubles, but seemed like slightly large twins. Microwave and refrigerator always a nice thing to have. The outside looked fairly sketchy, not well maintained at all. The road around the one side is not a road at all, but multiple pot holes converging on each other. Bring your earplugs, because this hotel is a stones throw from a Route 80 (A large and busy highway, akin to 95) and the noise level was incredible. Even with all these things, I would likely stay again.

Very Nice stay

I'm hard pressed to give anything a 5 but this was close. Nice rooms, and bath. Very clean. Plenty of crazy area to walk dogs. Rooms not carpeted (at least not the ones I saw) and I know that makes some people really happy! Hallways were carpeted. A/C worked well. Lots of food options nearby.

Nice stay

Upon entering the hotel to check in, I was met with a warm lounge, but clean. I was worried about the A/C in the rooms. When I opened my room it was a bit musty smelling but not to bad. The guy at the desk gave me some febreeze and that helped. But the room was HOT, I turned the A/C on full blast, and it took a bit but it did catch up and was plenty cool. I booked a suite and a friend had a single queen, her room was dated but clean. She had no refrigerator, which luckily wasn't a problem as she only stayed one night. My room appeared to be renovated/updated. I had a refrigerator and microwave and a couch in addition to my queen bed. I had no carpet but my friend did. I know varying opinions about whether you like carpet or not, just letting everyone know the difference.

The BringFido page said that they only accepted dogs under 50 lbs, but since the hotels page itself, didn't mention a weight I took a chance and went with an 80 lb dog. I wasn't the only 1 with a bigger than 50 lb dog. I took care not to bring my dog where the staff would see him (although I'm sure they had security cameras everywhere, but the other people went right into the registration area with a large dog, there were no comments.. Plenty of grass for walking the dogs, no poop bags or trash can around the walking area. The key cards didn't work to open the outside doors, but the guy at the desk said to just prop the door open, just don't forget to unprop it when I was done. So security is questionable, although the area was nice so I wasn't too worried. All in all a nice and I would go again.

Overall a good stay.

They were undergoing major renovations. Due to that when I drove up I was worried. The rooms were however very nice and clean. There really was no place designated place to walk dogs, although there was grassy areas, that were littered with trash and since there was construction debris I did worry about glass and nails. I managed to find a place to walk without such concerns. I will stay again. I really believe that once the renovations are done it will be a great place to stay in every way.

It was a place to lay our heads....

...but that was about it. It was clean and that is huge. It was a no smoking room, but the smell of cigarette smoke right outside the door was nauseating. The mattress was so lumpy I didn't get much sleep. There is no station with bags or a trash can, which is just ridiculous for a pet friendly hotel. Rather than send another restless night I decided to drive the 7 hours home to my own bed and therefore forfeited a nights stay. Won't stay here again.
