Great all around
La Quinta by Wyndham Orlando Lake MaryThe location of this hotel was great. It wasn't on a main road, nicely tucked away.. But the main road was very close and there were a bunch of great restaurants and fast food joints for those in a rush. We were there for a baseball tournament, so we were constantly on the go and it was awesome.. The hotel was very nice and there was plenty of room to walk the dog... The room itself was one of the biggest we've had in all the dog friendly hotels we've stayed at so far. It was also just a 40 minute drive to Disney, so we made an impromptu visit to Disney Springs.. So the entire experience was awesome. I'll definitely stay there again.

Great location
Best Western Airport InnThe location of this Best Western was perfect. Publix, Walgreens, Starbucks and Dunkin all within walking distance. There’s also a cool trail to walk or run right next to the hotel... As for the hotel itself, it was very clean. We stayed on the first floor with what looked like linoleum flooring and a good sized room. There’s plenty of grass for the dogs to do their business and they have doggy bags and trash there as well. The staff was incredible and very accommodating. This had to be my favorite pet friendly hotel yet and will be my go-to anytime I’m in Ft Myers.

It worked
Holiday Inn Fort Myers - Downtown Area an IHG HotelWe were in town for a baseball tournament and this hotel suited all our needs. We were on the first floor. The floors in the room are not carpet which I guess is a good thing for a room hosting animals... There’s a big grassy area in the back for the pups to do their business but bring your own doggy bags.. a definite plus was having a Dunkin literally on site, sharing the parking lot with the hotel.. I’d stay there again.
