Excellent customer service
Red Roof Inn & Suites StaffordEvery employee I encountered was excellent and very helpful. Very friendly and professional. Had a car issue and asked if a late checkout was possible. The lady at the counter was happy to accommodate me. Ended up being able to checkout on time but it was nice to know they were willing to help. Will definitely make this my regular layover when I drive back and forth from New York to Florida. I am a snowbird.

Good for the price
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Buffalo AirportClean comfy room. Great mattress. Place could use some refurbishing.

Pretty good room but...
Red Roof Inn Rochester HenriettaOnce you step outside your room you are met with garbage, cigarette butts, dog poo, and various pieces of broken furniture, shopping carts, construction litter. Kind of sad.
