Comfortable stay
Aloft St. Louis CortexIt was convenient and met our needs. Staff helpful. Soundproofing between floors is not good. Sufficient area for dog walking, but poop bags missing from the dispenser. Were not replaced during our 2-night stay.

A place to rest for a night
La Quinta by Wyndham Knoxville North I-75What I have learned from staying as several hotels from this chain over the holidays is (1) bring your own shampoo, lotion, (2) housekeeping services are not available, and (3) there is little pride in appearance— trash is abundant, the clientele do not pick up after their pets and general maintenance is behind. For this particular hotel, the flooring had just been replaced and it was emitting a horrible headache inducing smell, so although it was cold out, I kept the windows open.

Disappointing
La Quinta by Wyndham Raleigh CrabtreeThe staff were occupied with their phones and visiting with each other while the floors were in obvious need of vacuuming, & trash needed to be picked up inside and out. Poor appearance and service.

Great experience
The Alexander a Dolce by WyndhamClean, quiet, comfortable, very kind and helpful staff. Also well lighted streets for walking dogs after dark.

Location near airport is what we needed
Baymont by Wyndham Plainfield/ Indianapolis Arpt AreaRoom was clean. Some lights worked. Room was not quiet.
