Loved the location
Caboose MotelLoved being close to great food, a fantastic health club & other conveniences while being only a short distance from the hustle & bustle of “downtown” Durango. I’ll stay there again!
Great location!
Santa Fe Motel & InnRoom had dog bowls and a lovely dog blanket Very comfortable for 2 humans & one happy dog!
Great experience!
Best Western Plus Inn of Santa FeLoved the location, ease of entering parking lot from main road, professional staff, clean and well-appointed room. Will be back for sure!
Not what Marriott used to be
Courtyard by Marriott Santa FeOther than a bed and a small but clean bathroom I have nothing good to say. At check in the person was rushed & didn’t confirm w/me that it was a 2 night stay w/2 Queen beds. Red flag but I didn’t question it & we ended up w/2 adults & a dog in a king, (though reservation was confirmed via email for 2 Queens), when I called I was told they had sold out of “those rooms, sorry”. The place is dated and falling apart outside, lots of cracked floor tiles & peeling paint. Then there are the ridiculously squeaky floors lots of list sleep because the people above us had a galloping dog & child who must have chased the dog non-stop, loud thumping back & forth & same w/adults, not their fault. And all for $513.60 for 2 nights! Big disappointment all around.
Clean & quiet
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Albuquerque NortheastClean room, comfy bed, happy dog & people. But I was surprised to find no mini-fridge or microwave. My mistake for not reading the list of amenities more closely. I’d still stay there again.
Fun Times in Tucson
Hotel McCoy - Art Coffee Beer WineLiving just up the road apiece, 3 1/2 hours away in Flagstaff, it was a last minute trip and just so much fun!
The hotel staff is wonderful, the rooms are so fun and retro and they love having dogs there. I will stay there in the future for sure.
I also love the BringFido staff, super kind & helpful! Many thanks!
