This place was a mess. In our room the hair dryer didn't work, the sink didn't drain and the TV wouldn't turn on because a cable was missing. When I reported these deficiencies to the night clerk his reply was "Awesome." It most definitely wasn't awesome.

I was offered no discount or price adjustment for my room. The outdoor grounds were littered with trash. This place needs a total makeover. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

A truly outstanding facility

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. Front desk staff were welcoming, the room was exceptionally clean and I felt like a valued guest. I’ve already booked a stay on my return trip. Bravo.
