Great Location with a Pet Area
La Quinta by Wyndham Rapid CityThis hotel was dog friendly and we were pleasantly surprised to see there was an enclosed area for the dogs to run free a little. What a great bonus. The location is convenient to the interstate and Mount Rushmore but if your dog is sensitive to noise, this may not be the best option as there is a water park attached with lots of kids running up and down the halls.
Pet (and People) Friendly Lodge
Estes Mountain InnThe Estes Mountain Lodge is located just outside Estes Park but offers many amenities including a pool and hot tub. There is seating available outside every room so you and you dog can enjoy the mornings or evenings. There is a large lawn to walk your dog and the rooms are all pet friendly. Great location to rest and relax while exploring all the area has to offer.
Great Location but Terrible Hotel
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Colorado Springs Garden of the GodsThe location is convenient and close to plenty of restaurants and the Garden of Gods. The hotel is dirty, rundown, and poorly staffed. The linens were dirty, there was trash all over the hotel, and it smelled like smoke. It was not good for humans or dogs alike.
Great hotel, great location
La Quinta by Wyndham MoabThis was a great hotel for both humans and dogs. The rooms were clean and large. There was a pool for the humans the breakfast featured plenty of options. The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. Our dog was permitted to remain in the room for short times while we went out. The one downside was the enclosed pet area was just dirt and filthy. There was a grassy area nearby and outdoor seating.
