Awful!

The hotel doesn’t look like the photos. It smelled of urine from the moment we walked into the guest room door. The hallways also smelled. Turns out people are living there long term. Many of which don’t even speak English so when our “neighbor” woke us up at 4am with tv blaring and talking on a cell phone, our pup was on high alert and wouldn’t calm down. It didn’t feel safe and we immediately left. The only reason we stayed as long as we didn’t was because we had just driven 13 hours and needed a rest. When we didn’t get that, we walked out. I do NOT recommend!

Beautiful hotel

Stoney Creek Hotel Kansas City - Independence

Beautiful hotel. We booked at the last minute. Plenty of other dogs there, lots of space for the dog to run a little. Friendly staff. Highly recommend. We would stop here again!
