Amazing customer service
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Manhattan an IHG HotelSamantha at the front desk was so instrumental from the moment we arrived. She made sure our pup was happy with treats. She went out of her way to provide us with food info. She engaged in conversation and just overall made us feel very welcome. Awesome location too.

Great staff
Aloft Nashville West EndAppreciative to the staff. Kim at the front desk! The bartender with the extra puppy treats. Tonia who fixed our IT problems and had the TV/internet fixed so they could watch their shows.
