Clean and roomy king suite

Rough and just about to be renovated
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Amarillo Mid-CityCheck to see if the facility has been renovated before booking here. We found the rooms to be in such poor condition we canceled on the spot and went to the airport location. The staff member at the reception was very kind and understanding, she was very willing to refund our reservation.

Wrongfully charged an extra pet fee
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham N Little Rock-McCain MallUpon checking the receptionist was insistent that their facility charges the pet fee at the desk. I showed her my copy of my reservation where it stated the pet policy to allow 2 pets under 25 pounds at no additional cost. She agreed to honor it and our stay was very satisfactory. I give 2 bones because our credit card was run for an additional $30 pet fee the day after we checked out.
