Good place to stay!
La Quinta by Wyndham Fort SmithA bit off the highway but easy to locate. Clean room, side access to unload/load up car. Dog friendly!

Good Stay
Holiday Inn Asheville Biltmore an IHG HotelGood location, easy access for travel and dog friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Awesome experience
Roadrunner LodgeThe room was ready and had little touches to make you feel very welcomed. Very dog friendly!!! Convenient, comfortable and full of retro charm. Bonus; we met amazing travelers. Had a fenced dog play area with water, bags, and toys that was well lit and a cute little gift shop with Route 66 memorabilia. Town is downtrodden but restaurants were terrific - look for the recommended list included in the room. Full of remnants from the 60s when is was in it's heyday! Great experience!! Definitely will stay here again!

Convenient but...
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fultondale Birmingham NHotel is undergoing renovations. We can appreciate the difficulty with all that goes into updating a hotel. Easy access from highway and gas stations close-by. Staffing was very nice. Our complaint is with the lack of cleanliness as we have seen much better.

Good, but...
Best Western Plus Burley Inn & Convention CenterNice place with so much to offer. Nicely setup for dogs with numerous lawn areas for walking. Restaurant on site, large lobby, friendly staff and plenty of parking. Our only concern was the room had not been cleaned other than linens changed. There was evidence of previous dog and owner. Luckily we bring our own sanitizing wipes and did a thorough cleaning ourselves. Note: it did say on the marquee that they needed housekeeping staff.
