Clean room. When checking in, I asked my husband to get something I had forgotten in the car. As he exited, he heard an odd sound and went to look. 2 people were speeding away. Our back passenger window was broken and they only had time to grab his jacket our children had bought him. The only reason for the low score was when we checked in the girl at front desk in conversation told me they only had one vehicle a year broken into. I asked about safety after she said we should park in the back of bldg. A woman working front desk next morning said they have problems with theft from vehicles much, much more often! I had been lied to at check-in. NOTE: service Stations doing window repair are closed on Sunday! Our trip was delayed 1 day. Thank you to BringFido for their help with rescheduling hotel stays we had planned.

Friendly staff, had all we needed in room, Well marked areas to bring pets for relief. Great experience!

Nice place, very friendly and helpful staff! Nice room! There was one room available on each floor and I was given a choice! Asked if we needed help with luggage, which was a nice gesture. We loved this stay!

We loved the staff, our room was beautiful and so was the location! They need a plumber - water goes from freezing to warm so I got in and it was scalding hot, hurt! We were not the only guests who could not shower we found when checking out. We woke to only decaf coffee in our room, but sign said hot coffee in office from 7am. W checked out after 8am without coffee. WE WANT TO SEE THIS HOTEL SUCCEED. Praying for a plumber to help fix problem, as we would love to return!

Beautiful room and view, but finding a place for our small dog to relieve herself was a challenge. The park across the street only has plants but no grassy area.

We spent the least and were SO pleasantly surprised with our room! Very nice and a full kitchen! Staff was so friendly!!! Personally, I wanted to stay another night but we were booked every night for our 3-week road trip adventure.

Nice staff and room, they were very kind. The only problem is that everyone with a pet was looking for a place for their dog to go to the bathroom. Suggestion: get some artificial turf. Pet grade would cost about a thousand but give big relief to customers! Good luck! We loved this place!

Everything you want in a hotel stay! Clean and they went out of their way to make our stay nice….without mtg anyone! Excellent choice!
