NOLA City Bark NOLA City Bark is New Orleans' premier off-leash dog park and includes 4.6 landscaped acres in beautiful City Park with separate play areas for small and big dogs, double entrance gates, water fountains for dogs and humans, shade pavilions, an event lawn, Mutt Mitts for clean-up, on-site restrooms, and a .25-mile walking trail. The property is bounded by Zachary Taylor Drive, Diagonal Drive, and Magnolia Drive. You'll find NOLA City Bark behind Popp Fountain. Permits are required to use the park. Brown Memorial Dog Park The off leash dog park is located in the far left corner of Brown Memorial Park. There's some covered benches and waste stations. It's really grassy, and there's a one mile walking track around it. See Details
City Park This 1,300 acre park in the heart of New Orleans isn't a dog park, per se, but leashed pets are allowed. The park sustained considerable damage from Hurricane Katrina in 2005, but due to dedicated restoration efforts, the park is open and ready for your visit. Check out great attractions like the Botanical Gardens, a golf driving range, tennis courts, a sculpture garden, Storyland (a fairytale theme park for kids), and a 13 acre full-service horse riding stable. Bonnabel Boat Launch Dog Park This cute little dog park is a great place to bring your pet for some off-leash fun. The park is fully fenced and includes agility equipment. See Details
Waterfront Park Along Lakeshore Drive in Mandeville, LA there is a nice park on the shore of Lake Pontchartrain. The park covers over a mile of lake frontage, and has paved walking paths, as well as several large grass play areas. Additionally there are park benches, a gazebo, swing sets and jungle gyms for kids as well as many shady spots under large beautiful oak trees. There is an entrance to the harbor at one end of the park and several restaurants and pubs across the street. The park is a very popular place for people to play with their dogs or take them for walks. There are also doggie poop bag dispensers at a few places in the park. The park is free, open all hours, and there is ample parking along on the park side of the street which is also free. See Details

Hammond Dog Park A small dog park, installed 2013, in the southwest corner of Zemurray Park. A double-gate entry/exit to large and small dog areas, connected by a gate which can be openned by the on-site dog owners, provides owners safe entrance and exit for their dogs. Water, bag dispensers and trash barrels are provided. Due to its minimal size, dog owners are required immediately to pick up their dogs' waste. Use of this park is supported by volunteers/dog owners to ensure both safety and cleanliness. See Details
Pretty Acres Dog Park Pretty Acres Dog Park is a much smaller and quieter park than its sister in Mandeville. The area is nicely maintained and offers the same amenities as the park in Mandeville but in a much more relaxed setting. It also has a nice concrete walking path - a perfect place to work on off-leash training and obedience. The Park is open from dawn to dusk daily. To access the park, go down 190, turn right onto Park Place Drive, and then right onto Andrews Street. The Park is on your left, before Tiger Avenue. There is no access to the park through The Orchards gated community. See Details
South Park South Park is a family oriented park covering around 60 acres. South Park is located about two miles south of 1-12 on Vincent Rd. Facilities include: a horse riding arena, outdoor basketball courts, playground equipment, large/small pavilions and a large dog and small dog off leash fenced area. See Details

Crescent Park Dog Run Downriver “Kickabout” and Dog Run – The Downriver “Kickabout” section of Crescent Park is located between the Piety Wharf and Mazant Street Ramp entrance. Shreveport Dog Park Shreveport Dog Park is the perfect spot to bring Fido for some off-leash fun! This regional dog park is located on the inside of the Stoner Boat Launch Facility. Located in an active area of the riverfront, this almost 4 acre area provides a park for people with seating and a scenic overlook of the river, and a fenced area for those with dogs. Separate large and small dog sides are included. The facility has bathrooms and ample parking.The dog park is open 7 days a week during daylight hours. Summer hours are 6am -10pm. See Details
Dog Park at Enos Derbonne Sports Complex Dogs are like family to many people, and this park is a place for dogs to have fun. Equipment in the park includes the A-frame, agility walk, crawl tunnel, dog teeter totter, dog walk ramp, fire hydrant jump, hound hoops, hound hurdles, a tire jump, a wait table, a wall jump and weave poles. The park is open from sunrise to sunset daily. Pet owners are responsible for their pets while at the park including curbing any aggressive behavior and cleaning up after them. Kenner Dog Park Dogs are welcome at Kenner Dog Park. This flashy dog park is equipped with top of the range fire hydrants, benches and watering stations. The astroturf is perfect for allowing people and their dogs to play in the dog park rain or shine. The park is divided into three sections for small dogs, large dogs and a shared area. There's even a dog wash station outside. Each park has ample running area, water fountains with doggie dishes, and trees for shade.
