The trailheads and parking lots are found on the south side of the park on 6th Street, west of Fairlawn Road on the north side of the park, and the west side of Governor’s Mansion. Perry State Park Perry State Park in Ozawkie is one of Kansas' hidden gems. This pet-friendly park boasts 25-miles of varied trails that lead through upland forest around the 11,000 acres of Perry Reservoir. Due to the 1,000 acres of marshes around the lake, the wildlife is abundant and interesting.
