Attend any of the dog shows, agility competitions, costume parades, festivals or fundraisers on our Dog Events Calendar and you’ll meet, hundreds maybe even thousands, of dog lovers. And since 70% of the events listed benefit humane societies, attending one is a great way to help homeless pets too.

Blaisdell Family Aquatic Center Dog Swim

Bring your well-behaved, vaccinated pup to cool off in the pool alongside other dogs! The dog swim event is scheduled in two sessions: 4:00–5:25 PM for small dogs (30 lbs or less), and 5:35–7:00 PM for all dogs with no size or weight restrictions. For safety, a maximum of two dogs per owner is allowed, and all dogs must remain under the control of an owner aged 13 or older at all times.

Summer Concert Series at Fishel Park

Leashed dogs (6' max leash) are welcome at this weekly outdoor concert series featuring live music performances across a variety of genres. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets. Visitors are welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages, and there will also be vendors starting at 6 PM. Music begins at 7 PM.

Find the Art Cart on the Upper Terrace near the William Cullen Bryant statue.

Hartman Park Pop‑Up Dog Park

A temporary, fenced off‑leash pop‑up dog park installed by the City of Redmond that gives local dogs and owners a safe place to exercise and socialize. The pop‑up will run during the spring/summer 2026 season and be maintained by City of Redmond Parks & Recreation.

Lights and Leashes at Oglesby Park

Enjoy an evening interpretive hike under the stars with Fido! Participants will walk approximately 1.5 miles along a paved trail while learning and exploring after dark. Participants are encouraged to bring glow sticks or other light sources. Pre-registration is required, and children ages 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

This free, dog-friendly community gathering invites pups and their people to enjoy an evening of outdoor fun, socializing, and local entertainment.
