Good location, but limited for dogs
Drury Inn & Suites Lafayette LAGreat for people; free snacks and drinks, nice room, located in an area where food & fuel is easily accessible. Okay for dogs; not much space to roam in the hotel like the lobby area where food/drinks are provided, and you can't leave your dog(s) alone in the room. I wish dog-friendly rooms were on the bottom floor for easy outdoor access. Other than that, it's a nice place to stay for a night or two.

Spacious room, easy access for dogs
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Oklahoma City - NW ExpwySpacious room; more than enough for my two small dogs to walk around. Love that there was a side door from the stairs for easy access. Sometimes elevators take too long for my impatient pups. Evening staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in a convenient location if you're just passing through town. A good place to stay for a night or two with dogs.

Great for people & small dogs
Hotel Santa FeI have two small dogs and it was perfect for us. Enough room to roam around the property. I wish we had the bottom floor for easy outdoor access. Our 2nd-floor room balcony view was nice especially when it started to snow. From a human perspective, this place was beautiful. Love the South West look and feel. The food and amenities were great. For dogs, it was above average - better than other hotels we've stayed at. It might be a bit cramped if you have bigger dogs. I don't know much bigger the other rooms are, but the hallways are long and narrow.

Clean room, secure parking
La Quinta by Wyndham Houston NW BrookhollowParking is well-lit and secured. I had the bottom room floor for easy access in and out with my dogs. There are eateries in the same plaza the hotel is located so that was nice. Complimentary breakfast was good. Dogs have a decent area to walk around and relieve themselves.

Okay for one night
Motel 6 Palm Springs CA - DowntownAn okay place to stay for one night with dogs. Staff was friendly. Location was good. No microwave, no mini fridge. Unfortunately, they only had a smoking room available. Definitely will not stay in a smoking room again. Terrible smell. The only good thing about the room was that it was on the bottom floor and parking was right in front of the room.

Decent Place to Stay
Motel 6 El Paso TX - EastMy room had a busted bathroom door and a bullet hole in the window. I arrived late in the evening so I didn't notice the bullet hole until morning when I was leaving. Other than that, the hotel was decent. I just need a place to stay for the night with my dogs. I had a basic room with no microwave or mini fridge. Room was clean, but had a strong cleaning solution smell. Lots of eateries nearby which was a huge plus when traveling.
