Great food and service, and Gracie got a fresh bowl of water and lots of attention. Full bar and lots on tap at the bar. the pizza and calzone were both excellent, and the sweet Italian sausage is amazing! Don’t miss the warm cookie with ice cream for dessert! Close to the highway but not particularly noisy, pleasantly eclectic music for ambiance.

Nice downtown spot, shady tables on the sidewalk, fenced in against passing pedestrians and pooches. Gracie and I enjoyed the bison burger, our first, and we would recommend it. Great skinny fries! There was a problem with our order and we got a free round of drinks and dessert if we wanted it. We would definitely come back. Jose and the rest of the crew were friendly and accommodating.

Great place; service, location, amenities all more than expected for the price point. It’s part of “Rooster Row”, 4 hotels along with their shared bars/pools/etc. We did our laundry while enjoying the bar/pool at Hilton Garden. Our dog was welcome in the bar area at the Gates Hotel.

Covered patio, ok in the rain. Try the meatball appetizer to share with your pup. Good service. A little pricey but I’m cheap. Tasty sangria.

Excellent food and service. Try the fried grit cake and the fried green tomatoes, and the collards are good. They were sweet with our well behaved pup.

Convenient location but a little icky. For example the concrete walkway and stairs were dirty and sticky as was the laminated tv channel guide card. Help wanted signs up so it could be a temporary situation.

Clean and convenient, reasonable value. The chair in the room was surprisingly worn but extremely comfortable. Pool looked inviting but I didn’t have time. Had to visit three floors to find a working ice machine.

Cute motel on the water. I wish we’d had more time to spend there. Bathroom set up is a little snug for a larger person. Futon made a great dog bed.
