Unacceptable
Motel 6 Omaha - IAT WestThe non-smoking room smelled heavily of cigarettes. There was screaming in nearby rooms and door banging until 1am. The receptionist was totally occupied with playing a computer game that I stood there for at least 3 minutes and had to speak with an outside voice to get her attention. On the way out another receptionist was fast asleep.

Hampton Inn West SpringfieldUnfortunately the pet fee doubled from $25 to 50 the day before our stay via email. We will be looking at other options before our next visit.
