OK for a night.
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Richmond SouthThis is an old motel on the way back. It is undergoing renovations and not yet back up to La Quinta's usual standards but it's not too bad now.

OK for a night.
Best Western LumbertonSo-so facility. In a busy area with Lowe's and 24 hour WalMart next door. Many fast food restaurants nearby. We had good take out meals from Smithfield's next door. Not a lot of area to walk the dog but enough immediately around the motel to take care of business. Good for a one night stay.

Great place
La Quinta by Wyndham OcalaLocated near the intersection of a major highway and a busy road but set back in an attractive and quiet area with plenty of areas to walk a dog. Excellent LaToreo Mexican restaurant and a Chili's within 3 minute walk. Excellent facility, clean and comfortable.

Good place but . . .
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Columbia / Fort MeadeWe enjoyed this facility, staff, amenities especially fast WiFi, but oddly no hot water! It was a little warm but not enough for a shower.

Excellent
Hampton Inn PrincetonTop notch facility and staff. A surprise was the evening complimentary dinner. Only one item, cooked chicken with Hawaiian roll, salad fixings, plus beer and wine, self serve from buffet table - all free! Never seen that before.
