Welcomed our Maki both inside or out on the porch. Gave us a dish of bacon treats for her. She was a queen! Steaks were delicious, drinks were strong and prices were fair. Great and friendly service.
A sweet spot for a picnic and walk across the Mississippi River! We were traveling XC and bypassing St Louis along I270. Stopped for a picnic lunch and walked across the Chain of Rocks Bridge across the Mississippi River. Dogs allowed on leash. Free parking and potable bathrooms available.

A very nice, comfortable room on our XC trip. Our dog was welcomed and the higher quality hotel was worth the fee. Not many dog friendly activities or restaurants nearby. Likely more to do with your pup in Manhattan, KS.

Had a lovely walk here. It’s about 1 mile round trip through a paleontological area. Went in May so wasn’t too hot and a number of wildflowers were out.

Thought this might be a good stop to walk our dog while we stopped in Green River for a rest stop. It’s primarily a campground. Attendant recommended the city park or the Museum/Riverwalk nearby to walk the dog.

Enjoyed a great lunch here at this large open air food truck park. Wish out town had one! Center seating area is large and shaded and there are a large number of food options. Pets on leash allowed. Lots of local families with their pets.

Gloria's Has a nice outdoor covered porch. Very pet friendly and breakfast and service were perfect!

We needed to stop in Green River for a night while are car was repaired. This was one of only a few hotels in the area that is pet friendly. Room was clean and quiet and there were great spots for walking our pup nearby along the river. Good coffee and restaurant across the street. Solid place if you need a stop along I-70.

Enjoyed a nice 2 night stay here when our car needed repairs on our XC trip. Moab was a wonderful place to stay and explore! Hotel was very clean and fresh and rooms are large and have kitchens. Pup fees are generally higher with Marriott properties and pets are not allowed in the dining area, lounge or pool area (to be expected), but it doesn’t leave much public space for them. Also not much grassy outdoor space either. Luckily, Moab has lots of outdoor dog friendly space nearby. A great park 1/2 mile north. Our pet fee was $100 for 2 nights.

Excellent stop on our I-50 road trip with our dog. Rooms very clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lots of pet friendly amenities. Maki could join us in the lounge and on the outdoor patio of the restaurant. Lots of green space surrounding for short walks. Good choice if you are traveling through with pets.

Visited here in May and the lake was clean and gorgeous. Maki had a blast retrieving sticks in the lake and meeting other dogs. Highly recommend a visit.
Clean and dry with lots of mulch. Water available and friendly owners !

Milan is an adorable, old fashioned small town and the Wonder Bar was a welcome respite after a long day of driving. Dog friendly on their front patio which overlooks the town square. Food was good and staff were very attentive. A welcome change from the I80 food options!

This hotel was our favorite stop on our cross country trip. All the comforts you want after a long day on the room. A fireplace in the room, a nice bar and restaurant adjacent and the Santa Fe Plaza was just a block away. Our dog was welcomed with treats and was welcome in the bar. We were pulling a trailer and the hotel allowed us to park in front overnight. Hotel also has an underground parking garage. Some may say the rooms feel dated, but they were clean and cozy. Overall, a great value for downtown Santa Fe..

We checked in after a long day on the road and we’re looking forward to a relaxing evening and visiting the brewery nearby for dinner. Unfortunately the parking lot the hotel uses is across the street and several cars had recently been broken into. Sketchy guys lingering in their car for a couple hours also made us uncomfortable leaving our new truck with cargo trailer there. Front desk staff didn’t seem to care about our concerns, so we called the police ourselves. Decided to check out and find another hotel beyond Syracuse.

A surprise find on our XC trip! Convenient and right off the freeway - solid food and drinks on site after a long day. They have a nice indoor pool and several lounges where you can watch sports on the big screens. Throwback arcade also! Rooms are clean and bed was comfy. Dogs aren’t welcome in the lounge/restaurant and ours wasn’t keen on staying alone in the room. Lots of grassy areas outside to walk the dog. This would be a fun place during warmer months when they open up the pool area. Would def come back!

A nice stop on our XC trip. Rooms were clean, a nice big TV and our dog enjoyed the treats and ball provided by the staff. Grassy area next to the hotel. Avoid the field beyond as it has prickers that got into her paws.

Indoor/outdoor setting with lots of screens for sports fans. Great beer selection. We’d bring Maki back!
