Clean, quiet
Quality Inn & SuitesNicest of the budget hotels we stayed at (7 hotels, 7 states). This room had great ac, a sitting area, comfy bed with nice sheets and towels. Would stay again.

Clean quiet
Quality Inn & Suites LimonYou get what you pay for. This is a bargain hotel but the beds were great. The room was clean and quiet. The towels weren’t brand new. The water in the town is uggh, but the staff was friendly and the dog was happy.

Great value
First Choice Inns at the SwellClean, updated rooms, quiet with comfy beds and GRASS. A patch at the hotel and a park next door. The town is a bit down at the heels, but this hotel was the perfect refuge after a long day on the road with our Jack Russell. Friendly staff and their COVID grab and go lunches were hot and handmade.

Safe, clean
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Santa FeComfy beds, recently refurbished rooms. Pool looked so great but still closed due to COVID. No fridge or mic in room , nice grab n go breakfast (Covid again).

Ok
Roswell InnThe outside could use sprucing up but the rooms have been redone. Tile floors keep things easy to clean and it was spotless, furnishings basic, bed wonderful. Ask for a room near the back to avoid traffic noise (although you will be closer to the heli pad from the hospital). The ac was very loud, maybe bring earplugs as it woke us every time it cut on. But it worked, keeping the room cool on a very hot day. The receptionist was very pleasant. Solid place for a budget stay.

Four bones
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Midwest City - Tinker AFBEasy to find, nice furnishings. Would have had five but some of the detail cleaning was overlooked (smudgy handprints on headboard, dirty windows). There is a family type chain restaurant next door with great take out and the hotel has a large grassy area for the dog. The room was quiet and the beds were great.

Mold
Days Inn by Wyndham DicksonDidn’t stay, tried two rooms. The first had mold and smelled like pee. The cheerful attendant apologized and gave us another room that smelled nice, but had mold. She refunded my money and we went across the street.
