Centennial Dog Park Your pet will go wild for the chance to play off-leash at this fenced dog park, which includes a separate small dog area. Dogs must be vaccinated and licensed. Dogs are also allowed on the walking trails and open fields outside the park too. Public parking can be found at the Centennial Sportsplex on 25th Ave N. See Details

Sevierville’s PetSafe Unleashed Dog Park Bring Fido to play off-leash at this fully-fenced dog park located within Sevierville City Park. Tommy Shumpert Park at PetSafe Village The Tommy Shumpert Park is affiliated with Pet Safe Village and has two separate off-leash fenced in dog parks. One for small dogs (30 lbs and under) and one for dogs of any size. The small dog park has lots of grass and mulch to keep your pup's feet comfy. There are benches and lots of space for small dogs to run around without getting harassed by the big dogs. The "all sizes" area has lots of grass, benches, and a mulch walking trail. It also has a pond with a dock so your dogs can swim around during the hot months. Bring lots of towels because it will get muddy. See Details

Riverfront Park Dog Park This new park located along the Cumberland River in Downtown Nashville gives beautiful views of the downtown skyline, sits on 11 acres of green space and includes Nashville's first and only downtown dog park. The downtown park includes the Ascend Amphitheater, solar charging stations, an 18,000 sq foot area of botanical gardens maintained by Cheekwood Botanical Gardens, plenty of seating for picnics, or enjoying the view of the Cumberland River from one of the giant porch swings. There are even areas within the park that offer free wifi. The dog park is 13,000 square feet of fenced, eco-friendly artificial turf, and is a great place for Fido to run and play. All the water fountains and bottle filling stations in the park include a fountain for Fido as well. See Details

Memphis Dog Park In June 2010, the city of Memphis opened its first city-run dog park. Located at 2599 Avery (behind the Memphis City Schools Board of Education), the park features two fenced in dog areas -- one acre for dogs over 25 pounds and a separate half acre for smaller dogs. Biodegradable bags are provided for waste cleanup but there is no water service at the park. Dogs must have up to date vaccinations. See Details

Johnson City Dog Park Johnson City Dog Park is a membership-only dog park where dogs can socialize, exercise, and play in an off-leash controlled environment. The park is well maintained and memberships cost $35 per year for first dog and $20 per year for additional dogs. See Details

Play Wash Pint Play Wash Pint is a synthetic turfed dog park with a difference, humans can grab themselves a pint while they watch their dogs play. This pet-friendly park is perfect for pooches looking to socialize with other dogs and get some great exercise in the 11,000 square foot area. The park is split into three sections: a small dog yard with equipment and obstacles, a social mixer yard for all sizes of pup, and a fetch zone for dogs to chase balls unimpeded by slow moving dogs and equipment. Another great feature of this park is the self-service wash stations stocked with towels, shampoo, and even a doggy dryer. Don't forget, there are beers on draft for doggy parents to enjoy. A one time day pass for your dog is $5, but if you live nearby and want to get an annual membership instead, the fee is $200 for the year. Charter Doyle PetSafe Dog Park Well-shaded by fully mature cedar trees, the dog park features separate sections for large and small dogs, a dog water fountain, and dog waste stations. Charter Doyle Greenway, which is a 0.4-mile loop encircling Charter Doyle Park, also connects to the dog park. See Details
Gatlinburg SkyLift Park Gatlinburg SkyLift Park is pet-friendly. Small, leashed dogs are welcome if they can be held on your lap while on the SkyLift chairs. When you get to the top, your leashed dog can join you on the bridge which offers great views across the Tennessee landscape. Fair Park Dog Park Nashville Fairgrounds is now home to a dog park. This popular entertainment complex has a flea market, a speedway and hosts lots of events, but we're mainly interested in the brand spanking new dog park that they've just added. This is just part of the $275-million project that includes a Major League Soccer stadium. The car-themed, fenced-in park has agility tires, benches to relax on and AstroTurf that allows dogs to play whatever the weather. The park is open weekdays from 8:00am to 4:30pm. See Details
