Seal Rock State Recreation Site Seal Rock State Recreation Site is a pet-friendly area in Seal Rock, OR. This beautiful beach allows dogs on a leash or under voice control. Located south of Newport, there's a large off-shore rock formation that provide habitat for seals, sea lions, sea birds and other marine life. The short trail to the beach is steep in areas, but features an ADA accessible viewpoint at the midway point. See Details
Mount Pisgah Arboretum Eugene, OR's Mount Pisgah Arboretum is dog friendly! The Arboretum is a two-hundred-and-nine-acre living tree museum that features quiet trails and space for picnics. Fido is welcome in the Arboretum and on the trails; however, pets must be leashed and cleaned up after during their visit. In the larger Howard Buford Recreation Area, which surrounds the Arboretum, leashes are required on Trail 1 and Trail 2. See Details

Tumalo Creek Kayak & Canoe Enjoy some time with Fido on the Deschutes River with a dog-friendly rental from Tumalo Creek Kayak & Canoe in Bend, OR. Dogs are welcome to join the fun on kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddleboards. If you want a laid-back river trip, enjoy a tubing trip on the river. Tubes have handles and netting so neither you nor Fido will fall through, although it is still a good idea to make sure Fido is wearing a PFD. All rentals have a minimum two-hour rental period. The Bend store is open year-round, and the Sunriver store is open from April to September. If you’re renting from the Sunriver location, you must be able to transport your own rental to the river as dogs are not allowed on the shuttle. See Details

Fido can explore its 650 acres, but must be on a leash no longer than six feet at all times, and owners must clean up after their pet. Clean-up bags and a garbage can are located right before the bridge. Samuel H. Boardman State Scenic Corridor Samuel H. Boardman State Scenic Corridor is a dog-friendly spot to enjoy seaside prairies, spectacular vistas, secluded cove beaches, rugged cliffs, and forested sea stacks in Brookings, OR.. The Corridor features a somewhat easy, twelve-mile trail that takes about seven hours to complete with Fido. Pets must be leashed during their visit. Dog owners can start out from the trailhead at the north end of the picnic area and head down the paved path past the pit toilets. Those wanting to continue their trek should ignore the trail that goes left to the beach and keep going straight through a bit of brush before opening up to a nice trail on the other side. Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad The Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad in Garibaldi, OR is pet friendly. Passengers bringing their dogs along for the ride are asked to sit in the open-top section of the train. The train is a 46-mile stretch of track between the Tillamook Airport and the railroad siding of Enright. Pets ride for free! You can catch the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad from the Garibaldi Train Depot at 306 American Avenue in Garibaldi; the Rockaway Beach Depot at 125 Oregon Coast Hwy in Rockaway Beach; or the Wheeler Depot at 580 Marine Drive in Wheeler. Oregon Garden Oregon Garden is a pet-friendly place in Silverton, OR. It contains a special space for Fido that educates visiting dogs and their owners on what local plants can be harmful and helpful to the canine community. Don't forget to snap a picture next to the statue of Bobbie the Wonder Dog, the amazing pooch who traveled more than 2,500 miles to be reunited with his owners in Silverton. Devils Punchbowl Trail Devils Punchbowl State Natural Area is an out and back pet-friendly trail in Newport, OR. Most hikers will find this interesting pathway an easy hike. Dogs are welcome, as long as they are on a leash and all mess is cleaned up after them. Sandy River Delta Park Sandy River Delta Park is a pet-friendly place in Troutdale, OR. The trail system consists of a thousand acres of off-leash trails that lead to the Sandy River where your dog can wade or swim. Walk or hike for hours. It can be muddy at times due to Portland's frequent rain. Take I-84 to exit 18, follow the road and cut back under 84, stay straight instead of getting on the on ramp and you will be in doggy heaven! Dog Park at Pine Nursery Park Pine Nursery Park includes a dog park for off leash play in Bend, OR. This park has it all, including a fenced off-leash dog area with both paved and unpaved pathways/trails, free poop bags, a restroom for humans, water fountains for dogs and humans, and a very large grass field area for open runs.
