The northwest corner of the park features narrow parallel box canyons with majestic peaks and 2,000-foot cliff walls, offering panoramic views, hiking opportunities, and access to the Zion Wilderness. Deer Creek State Park Deer Creek State Park in Wallsburg, UT welcomes outdoor enthusiasts and their furry friends to explore together. This pet-friendly retreat features an array of activities such as hiking, camping, picnicking and watersports, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all visitors. Dogs are required to be on a leash no longer than six feet, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Moonshine Wash Moonshine Wash is a dog-friendly trail through a slot canyon located in the San Rafael Desert near Green River, UT. The signature landmark of the hike is the old sheep bridge hovering above the tightest spot of the canyon at three feet wide. Large dogs that cannot be carried can turn around at the bridge while pups small enough to be lifted that are used to canyoneering may continue for the full 6.4-mile loop. Some rock scrambling may be required so it's best to hike with a partner and bring Fido's harness and booties to protect his feet. Stop by the BLM Visitor Center in Price before beginning your hike. Dimple Dell Regional Park The dog-friendly Dimple Dell Regional Park is a 630-acre recreation space running through Sandy, UT. Parkgoers enjoy visiting this space with their pups for the miles of hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails that cross the Dimple Dell ravine. Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest With plentiful trails and an abundance of scenic byways, Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest offers ample ways to enjoy a day in the great outdoors in South Jordan, UT. Dogs must always be on a leash in all campgrounds, picnic areas, and trailheads. On odd-numbered days only, dogs are permitted off leash in Mill Creek Canyond. Dogs are not permitted in swimming areas or in Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon, City Creek Canyon, Emigration Canyon, Parley's Canyon (north & east of Mountain Dell Reservoir), Little and Big Willow Creek, and South Fork of Dry Creek. Lower Calf Creek Falls Lower Calf Creek Falls is a pet-friendly hike in Boulder. This moderately difficult trail in Grand Staircase Escalante leads to a stunning 126-feet waterfall. The trail is just under six miles out-and-back. Dogs may join you on this trail, but must be kept on a leash. Professor Creek and Mary Jane Canyon Trail Bring Fido to hike the pet-friendly Professor Creek and Mary Jane Canyon Trail in Moab, UT. This 7.6-mile out-and-back trek will take you along the creek as it runs through the canyon, which eventually leads to a small waterfall. Y Mountain Trail Y Mountain Trail is a dog-friendly hiking path in Provo, UT. It overlooks the town of Provo and is well worth the effort it takes to get there. The trail to get to it climbs 980 ft and is 1.2 miles long. It is a dirt trail with 13 switchbacks, fairly steep, but not too difficult for small children and dogs. See Details

This beautiful trail climbs steadily up the Giant Staircase to connect in with both the Timpanogos Summit trail and the Mount Timpanogos trail.
