2021's Hottest Pet-Friendly Vacation Rentals

Posted by Billy Francis

Thinking about a post-vaccine trip with your pooch? You are not alone. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, millions of people rented dog-friendly vacation homes in 2020, and that trend has continued into the early weeks of 2021. As the worldwide vaccine rollout continues, countless other travel-starved pet parents are beginning to enter the marketplace in search of the perfect pet-friendly vacation rentals for spring, summer and even fall travel.

Would-be travelers should book now to avoid sticker shock in the spring. Vacation rental managers are experiencing an unprecedented rise in the average length of rental bookings and the number of overall nights booked. Rental platforms are expanding inventory, but some markets are so popular that the supply of homes isn't great enough to keep up with the demand. This has resulted in steadily increasing rates for spring break and early summer travel. The peak travel period this year is expected to be between April and September.

The team at BringFido has been working for months to increase the supply of pet-friendly rentals on our website. Last month, we added almost 200,000 new vacation rentals to our website and mobile app. With our expanded offering, BringFido users can more easily find vacation rentals with fenced yards or doggy doors. They'll also get the scoop on pet fees, weight limits and amenities at each location. Users now have access to real time rates and availability. So finding the perfect dog friendly vacation home is just a quick tap and click away.

Are you ready to begin searching for your post-vaccination vacation? Below is a list of some of the most popular rental properties featured on BringFido right now.
