Real Grass!
Holiday Inn Express Farmington - Bloomfield an IHG HotelThe room was huge, clean, and the mini fridge actually kept everything cold. Staff was very friendly. There are 2 large patches of grass out front that the dogs were very happy to see. Lotaburger is right next door and is dog friendly.

Very Friendly
Best Western Santa Rosa InnAll the rooms are ground floor! Nice, clean room with good amenities. Room to walk the pups, but load them up and go down to the Blue Hole down the street. The staff was very friendly.

Lots of choices
Del Toro BBQTons of out door space and 2 other restaurants to choose from. Food is great and there is a walking path next to the parking lot.

Friendly
The Inn at Tomichi VillageStaff was very nice and informative. Room was great and breakfast was plentiful. Great grassy area for the pups. Only drawback was they put us on the second floor and there was no elevator.

Living history
Hotel EklundStaff was warm, welcoming and knew their history. Historical building in downtown with some really cool features. Dogs felt comfortable even with the squeaky floors.

Stay Away
The Wapiti Lodge1 bone because room was clean and fridge was cold. Other than that: Dogs not allowed on bed or furniture, vending machine broken, soda machine broken, ice machine broken, no breakfast offerings, water pressure so low it took 10 seconds to fill up a cup of water, bath towels had holes in them. Permanent residents living on property that manager seemed to be afraid of. Do not stay here. There are other affordable places in town.

Good stay
Comfort Suites BudaStaff very friendly, room nice and clean. Need to upgrade doors on rooms because ours rattled every time someone walked by, or closed their door which caused our pups to fuss.

Lots to do
MCM Elegante Lodge & Suites RuidosoThere is a great walking path and dog park directly behind the lodge. Plenty of room for fido to roam and do his business.

La Quinta by Wyndham Abilene MallStaff was friendly and helpful. Room was large, clean and comfortable. There was no designated area for pups to relieve themselves and our choice of rooms was limited to 3rd or 4th floor.

Surprise
The Classic Desert Aire HotelStaff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean but small. There is a $50 deposit fee not mentioned in Fido. Relief area was a 10x10 piece of astro turf.
