Comfortable beds
Quality Inn Troutville - Roanoke NorthGood grassy areas for walking and liked the exterior access to the room. We liked the door opening to outside because the dog is less disturbed by hallway noise and this was one of the safer feeling ones we’ve stayed at. That said, it’s older and shows its age. Noise from interstate was somewhat loud so we ran fan all night to drown out noise. Staff was friendly and beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was limited but ok. I definitely will consider staying there again.

Great dog hotel
SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western WythevilleGreat spot away from main traffic with lots of grassy area for fido. There is also a small fenced in run which is better for small dogs than really big ones but nice if littler ones want to play a little after travels. Nice helping of dog treats greeted us as well. Rooms were a little worn but clean and comfortable and hotel was quiet. Would stay here again.
