As featured in BringFido’s Ruff Guide to Ohio, Metropolitan at The 9, Autograph Collection in Cleveland is the only 4-star hotel with an indoor dog park in the country. Fido can pick up a welcome package at check-in before taking the elevator up to the 29th floor. There, he'll step into a pup’s petite paradise containing an astroturfed potty area with fire hydrants for an authentic peeing experience, a long hallway for a game of fetch, and benches for humans.

The Metropolitan at The 9 accepts two dogs up to 75 lbs for a fee of $100. Nightly rates start at $255.

Hotel Parq Central

Located at the gateway to Albuquerque, Hotel Parq Central is the perfect base for two- and four-legged tourists looking to explore New Mexico’s largest city. Your pooch will be welcomed by the hotel’s pet ambassador, Tobie, who personally delivers treats, beds, and water bowls to furry guests. After check-in, check out the large dog park and pet-friendly, fenced courtyard on the property. For longer walks, take a stroll to Highland Park just south of the hotel.

Hotel Parq Central allows one dog up to 75 lbs for an additional fee of $75 per stay, or two pets up to 75 lbs for $100 per stay. Nightly rates start at $148.

Hampton Inn Adel

Sit back and relax on a bench while your pup plays with other canine guests in the fenced area of the Hampton Inn Adel. Equipped with a fire hydrant and turf big enough for a game of fetch, this dog park is exactly the break your pooch needs after a car ride. For a nearby leashed adventure, wander the seven miles of pet-friendly trails at Reed Bingham State Park.

Although dogs aren’t allowed on the beach in front of the hotel, they can stretch their legs in the fenced-in area on the premises. In the evening, grab a cocktail from Le Troquet, a casual, pet-friendly patio lounge that overlooks the courtyard.

Southern Oaks Inn

Southern Oaks Inn is proudly pet-friendly, greeting canine guests with bowls, beds, and treats in the lobby. But pups will feel truly at home in the fenced dog park on the property. The stretch of grassy lawn designated for pups features plenty of space to run, agility obstacles, and tennis balls. The best part of this hotel dog park, however, is the shady treehouse gazebo where Fido and his family can rest and relax in the shade.

La Quinta Inn Moab is on nature’s doorstep. The red rocks, canyons, and dinosaur prints of scenic Moab are all waiting to be discovered by intrepid canine explorers. Fido can warm up for his outdoor adventure in the fenced-in area on the property. Moab Dog Park is also located less than a mile away.

Islander Resort

The Islander Resort unlocks the Florida Keys for guests who want to bask in the tropical sun. Pack your pup’s sun protector spray and wander down the golden sands of the resort’s private beach. Afterward, stop by the on-site dog park for a much-needed session of “zoomies.” Running around in circles will work up an appetite. Fortunately, you can sink your teeth into the fresh catch from Tides Beachside Bar & Grill. Fido is welcome for dinner in the pet-designated area of the restaurant.

The Islander Resort allows two pets up to 70 lbs for an additional fee of $75 per pet, per night. Nightly rates start at $253.

Roadrunner Lodge

Step back in time at the Roadrunner Lodge on Route 66. This retro motel has been lovingly restored to reflect hip accommodations from the heyday of “The Mother Road.” After a meandering drive along America’s most famous highway, let Fido loose in the dog park, equipped with a small paddling pool to cool down on sunny days. Canine guests receive a welcome pack when they walk through the door, including delicious treats, towels, and a bowl. Top it all off with an item from the doggy menu from Kix on 66 next door.

Roadrunner Lodge permits one dog of any size for an additional fee of $25 per night, and up to three dogs with a combined weight of 180 lbs for $35 per night. Nightly rates start at $89 in winter and $99 in summer.

Soho Grand Hotel

The first rule of The Soho Grand Dog Park is that you don’t bark about it. This recreation area in the heart of New York’s hip SoHo district is exclusively available to guests staying at Soho Grand Hotel and Roxy Hotel Tribeca. The only other way through the gate is to pay a $500 dollar annual membership fee. Beautifully designed, the space looks more like a Japanese Zen garden than your average fenced dog run. It won’t take long for Fido to sniff out rocks to climb, water to drink, and fire hydrants to extinguish in this little park in the Big Apple.

BrewDog's DogHouse Columbus

Located in the outskirts of Columbus, BrewDog's DogHouse Columbus is the perfect spot to stay with Fido. This unique brewhouse and hotel features a restaurant, beer garden, and an off-leash dog park on site. Pup-friendly rooms are on the first floor with access to grassy areas, and leashed dogs are welcome in the lobby and on the extensive outdoor patio area of the brewery. There are complimentary in-room pooch packages for all four-legged friends staying overnight.
