Attend any of the dog shows, agility competitions, costume parades, festivals or fundraisers on our Dog Events Calendar and you’ll meet, hundreds maybe even thousands, of dog lovers. And since 70% of the events listed benefit humane societies, attending one is a great way to help homeless pets too.

Pet Friendly Petapalooza
Petapalooza This event features lovable, adoptable homeless animals from shelters and rescues in the Central PA area. Your pup is welcome to come! In addition to helping animal rescues, this event will also feature vendors, raffles, live music, Barkby Plunger's Dog Course Luring, food trucks and The Pet Parade to raise additional money for the animal shelters and rescues. Jackson's Bark & Brew Bring Fido with you to Ella's Community Grand Room for a day filled with fun, laughter, and wagging tails, celebrating furry friends with delicious Michigan craft beer. Bring your four-legged companions for activities, games and treats while supporting the Jackson County Animal Shelter's Emergency Medical Fund. Dog Days of Summer The event features on-site vendors, raffles and giveaways, including a chance to enter the GANS gravity bong raffle by making a donation. Indiana Peony Festival Bring Fido out to honor the Indiana state flower at this fun festival! The historic Seminary Park will be bursting with peony blooms, and there will be peony growers, artisans, kids' activities, horticulture classes, floral displays, food and spirit trucks, and much more. Bases Loaded Brew Fest Owners are invited to bring their leashed four-legged friends to this annual event, celebrating American Craft Beer Week with delicious drinks from breweries across Central Virginia. Bandshell Bark Dog Walk & Festival Bring Fido out to this fun dog walk, festival and fundraiser! Leashed pups can join you for a 2.5-mile walk around the park which ends at the Finish Line Festival. There will be pet-related vendors, a variety of canine contests, Weiner Dog and Weiner Dog Wannabe races, pet demos, refreshments, photo ops and much more. Registration for the contests and day-of registration for the walk begin at 10:00 AM, with the walk starting at 11:00 AM. See Details

Barks and Brews Pub Crawl Kingsman Bark invites you and Fido to join this tail-wagging good time alongside two and four-legged friends! Participants will meet at 11:00 AM at the dog park, then head to Lost Generation Brewing Company at 11:30 AM, and make their way to the last stop, City State Brewing Company, around 1:30 PM.
