Excellent Stay
Best Western Mission InnI was a bit disappointed driving up to the property but walked inside and was so wrong. This place brought me back to my childhood. Cute cabin feel in the office as we were greeted by Natalie who has a smile to light up a room. She was so kind and friendly. Give her a raise!! As we drove around the property was very nice. Great courtyard for kids or pets, nice trees. We absolutely loved it here. The room was very spacious with comfy beds. The breakfast area is well thought out with plenty of choices and wonderful staff to greet you and assist in any way. This place is a diamond in the rough!! Dinner at El Charro was delicious.

Great Stay
Days Inn by Wyndham Suites FredericksburgJust outside the downtown area so it’s pretty quiet. Clean room, friendly staff, only complaint is breakfast isn’t till 7am so we didn’t get a chance to go for coffee or any food. Dark dirt area behind hotel for our dog, overall good stay. Would stay here again.

Great Stay
La Quinta by Wyndham Baton Rouge Denham SpringsPlace was surprisingly quiet, comfortable bed, clean good size room, grassy area for our dog, breakfast had several options. Good bang for the buck. Excellent burgers at Burger Plus half mile down the road. We will stay here again.

Ok For One Night
Red Roof Inn Chattanooga Lookout MountainStaff at check-in was friendly. Next to a Cracker Barrel. Location was ok. Very comfortable bed, not very noisy. Entrance was locked when we left and no key drop off. Floor was sticky.

Filthy Hallway and Floors
La Quinta by Wyndham Chicago Tinley ParkThe staff is VERY friendly, gave us bottled water and cookies as guests of the day which we greatly appreciate. However, the property itself is filthy. The hallway carpet is disgusting as well as the floor in our room. It was very sticky. The beds are only full size and no queens. There is a big grassy area for your dog with poop bags. We won’t stay here again.

Dirty
Super 8 by Wyndham RollaThe staff was friendly however the property was filthy. The carpeting was gross with dried food. The room was just ok. Hair in the tub and bottom of mini fridge, toilet leaked on the floor. On the positive, the bed was extremely comfortable. We won’t stay here again.

Good Deal
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Amarillo I-40 West TXNice clean place to stay. Has Small grass area for pets. Very friendly staff. Didn’t hear any road noise from I-40.

Noisy guests
The Big Texan MotelWe stayed on second floor closest to the road which was VERY loud all night long. Another issue, not hotel’s fault, but very loud kids screaming and yelling at 10:30pm. Heard dad out there yelling at kids making it worse. Very unthoughtful guests. Room was clean and adequate. Mary in the office was very sweet. I really enjoyed talking with her. Dog park is VERY small and guests not picking up after them.

Windows Leaked
La Quinta by Wyndham Santa RosaThis place looked updated and fairly new in photos, however it was in the process of updating. Our cards did not work, door handle works opposite of the way they should which makes it very difficult to open when holding items or if you have severe arthritis. After we got settled it started to rain and water came in around the window. Went to the office and staff said they’re trying to figure out which ones leaked. We were moved to another room which had the same issue. After a long road trip you don’t want to repack and move to another room to have the same problem. I told the office but said we aren’t moving again. No apology or some form of compensation. On a good note, the room was nice with very comfortable mattress. We won’t stay here again.

Excellent location
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Williams-Grand Canyon AreaGreat location just off the strip, nice and quiet, but close enough for a stroll to Route 66. Room was big, quiet at night, good amenities, nice doggie area with artificial turf, comfortable mattress, and clean. one of the better La Quintas.

Won’t be back
Motel 6 Fallon NVFlies in the room (killed 12), corner shower old and disgusting, very outdated, very old ceiling panels, no in-room coffee maker or hair dryer. Should be $60 a night.
