Balboa Park Leashed dogs are welcome to enjoy the pet-friendly Balboa Park in San Diego, CA. This park is one of the largest urban parks in the country with over 1,000 acres. There are plenty of open spaces, gardens, and walking paths to explore, in addition to the San Diego Zoo, museums, and theaters. There are also two designated off-leash areas for dogs to explore at Balboa Dr at El Prado on the south side of Cabrillo Bridge and Morley Field located northwest of the tennis courts. When not in a designated off-leash area, dogs must be leashed at all times, and humans must clean up after their dogs throughout the park and off-leash areas. See Details
Rincon Park (County of Santa Barbara) Rincon Park (County of Santa Barbara) is a park on top of the bluffs, with picnic ramadas and a hiking trail. There is also another trail, and also a separate set of stairs which lead down to the beach. Dogs are allowed on the beach North of Rincon Creek. Your pet is welcome to join you at this fun park, as long as they remain on-leash. Dogs are not allowed on the beach South of Rincon Creek (Ventura County). See Details

Pulgas Ridge Open Space Preserve Pulgas Ridge Open Space Preserve is a dog-friendly park in Redwood City, CA. Take your pet for an on-leash hike throughout this large, lovely nature preserve, or let them run free in the 17.5-acre area located in the center of the preserve, accessible from the Cordilleras Trail, Polly Geraci/Hassler Trails and the Blue Oak Trail. Be careful as the area is fenced and signed at entrances, but there is no fencing around the off-leash area. Dogs must be on a leash when outside of the off-leash area. See Details
Laguna Beach Dog Park Laguna Beach Dog Park is a great place for the dogs of Laguna Beach to get some exercise and socialize while their owners share the latest news from around town and around the world. The park is open daily from dawn to dusk, except Wednesdays when it's closed for maintenance. When at the dog park, you must pick up after your dog in and out of fenced area. Dogs must be leashed entering and exiting the park. Dogs must be currently licensed. Aggressive dogs must be removed from the park immediately. Professional dog training is not permitted. Spike or pinched collars are not permitted. Sports activities, bicycles, picnics, etc. are not permitted. Take any balls or other toys when you leave. You are responsible for your dog's conduct. If your dog is causing a problem, please leave. Dogs must not be left at the park unattended. See Details
